Can I bring my own device?

It is highly recommended to use the CSG® Model as these will provide the best connectivity solution.
Aftermarket devices may only temporarily provide data and may slow down speeds immediately or stop working completely.  It is also recommended that if you bring your own device, you ensure the device is certified through the cellular carriers.

How does this service compare to my current satellite internet?

Satellite internet has several limitations. It typically comes with strict data caps, slower download speeds, and higher latency, which can affect performance. Additionally, satellite services are not portable and often come at a significantly higher cost. In contrast, our service offers unlimited, uncapped data with low latency at an affordable price, and it can travel with you anywhere there's cellular coverage.

How long does installation take when I sign up?

No installation is required! We will ship the router directly to you, and it will typically arrive within 3-4 business days. Once you receive the router, simply plug it into a power outlet. You can then connect your devices via Wi-Fi or through one of the provided Ethernet ports to get online immediately.
